win32pipe missing WaitNamedPiped ?

Nope - it should be there, and isnt.  Ive added it here.  If you have
win32all-128 (released, but not announced :-) then I could send you the
new win32pipe - mail me - soon :-)  (Im off to DC in a few days where I
dont expect to have internet access...)
