popen and spawnv: losing the battle with Win98.

I was biten by this some time ago.
The answer is to use the full path:
exefile=r"f:\python\pythonw.exe"
os.spawnv(os.P_NOWAIT, exefile, (exefile, r"j:\programs\program.pyw", frm, to, message))
