ANN: cgi-buffer 0.1

cgi_buffer is a Python libary that may be used to improve performance of CGI
scripts in some circumstances, by applying HTTP mechanisms that are
typically not supported for them.

It may be used both with Python and other CGI programs; Python may use it as
a simple library, while others may use it as a wrapper program.

Version 0.1 is a alpha release. Please send feedback, comments and
