OT: too-tiny fonts in Netscape

I actually run into this problem with Netscape pretty frequenly, on
my Solaris box at work. Is there any way to prevent this, perhaps to
set an option for "never use a font smaller than X, no matter what
the HTML says"? I think the version of Netscape is 4-something. Thanks.
