Shutting down internet connection

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a way to shutdown an internet connection that was
established by dial-on-demand on a remote computer. i.e. there are two
computers given both running WIN98 on starting a browser the connction
gets dialed on the other machine. So, I would like to have a script that
shuts down the connection from the computer I am browsing with. Any way
to do this with Python or Windws Extensions.
