Python and Mac OS X

There is a version of Python available. Go to http://softrak.stepwise.com
and search for python. I believe this is a recompiled version of the UNIX
source code. Keeping the core interpreter up to date with the other
sources should be much easier in MacOS X since there shouldn't be a
significant amount of changes necessary to make it run under the BSD layer
of MacOS X (my guess would be that the main changes will be in the compile
and make files).
