    Digital Creations releases the first public alpha of ZEO,
    version 0.2.  In essence, ZEO and ZODB form a language-specific
    object database for Python objects

    PythonWare releases an implementation of SOAP 1.1.  "This
    version is somewhat experimental, and has a couple of known

    week)."
