Yup.  That's true.  Probably a SIG is a bit premature still (I'll bet it
will
happen by the end of the year though).

Anyway, that -was- two years ago.  The amount of IDE work being
done has increased substantially, and I'm ready to give it a mailing list
a try.  I have 18 people so far expressing interest.
