It's an acronym for "SPiced hAM".  That's why their trademark
is the all-caps version.

It's made by mixing equal parts of Vegemite, Nutella, Silly
Putty, and Pepto Bismol (for the color, and, I suppose, as a
kind of "pre-need" treatment).
