searching for inspector (.Tkinspector), object inspector code

the latest IDLE ToDo file mentions a graphical  object inspector, namely
inspector.Tkinspector. I've searched the python website, deja.com, and
altavista, and have come up with nothing. Can someone point me to it?
I'd like to play with it.
