Any equivalent of req/wreq, gnats or bugzilla in Python?

I'm looking for a bug-tracking system like req/wreq
(http://www.math.duke.edu/~yu/wreq/), gnats
(http://www.alumni.caltech.edu/~dank/gnats.html) or bugzilla
(http://www.mozilla.org/bugs/) but written in Python rather that in Perl/C
(guess why?).

Does anybody know of any software of this kind?
