what is easier to learn first?...

I have much more experience with perl than python, but I think that python is
much easier to learn.  I learned the basics of it in a few hours with the
tutorial (I have experience in several other languages including C, C++, Java
and Perl) and felt that I could be productive after that point.

I would consider Java before C or C++.

I would choose Python or Java before the others depending on what you plan on
doing.
