Problem with win32-Extensions

Hi,

I tried to work with the win32-extensions and have the following
problem(s):

Computer runs Win95(b) and Internet Explorer 5.1.

Build 125
When importing win32security I encounter (translations, because the
message is in German): can not load dll, a device problem.

Build 128
 I always encounter (translations, because the message is in German):
can not load dll, a device problem.

There were hints at Mark Hammonds page and I verified the versions of
the dll, but they were o.k..

Maybe someone can help me ?
