Can embedded static-linked python still import dll extensions?

So if I compile with MS_COREDLL [which creates exports], and link to my
Executable, and my executable exports everything that Python15.dll exported,
I should be lucky?  That's tempting enough to try it at least. I'll try it
and get back to the list about this.
