Project Proposal: The Gestalt System

The Gestalt System project mission statement is one HELL of a run-on
sentence too.  :)  You might want to break this up into a bulleted list, and
explain more clearly just what this project is about.  This way, the need to
say this:

>Full details of the project proposal can be found in the Gestalt System
>Manifesto which is available at http://gestalt-system.sourceforge.net

is reduced to,

"For more information, please refer to http://gestalt-system.sourceforge.net."
