cgi, python and forms

I woud like to know how can I tell my python cgi script to differenciate
these two:
<P><INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT" VALUE="SEND"></P>
<P><INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT" VALUE="m"></P>
I am using the cgi module but can't find any info on these.
