Where is the Tools directory supposed to be???

Actually, redhat (at least in 6.1, possibly earlier too) does include part
of the Tools directory, but as a seperate package. 'python-tools' includes
pynche and idle (and modulator) in /usr/bin, and their packages in
/usr/lib/python1.5/site-packages.
