Right, the ftp site pointed to by:

http://www.python.org/topics/scicomp/numpy_download.html

is pointing to the old LLNL ftp repository.  The site has
moved to:

http://download.sourceforge.net/numpy/

Paul, are you in a postition to fix this page?
