Using ADO in Python

I'm not sure if this works the same, but I believe so (all of
the ADODB I've done has been in ASP)

Like Bill Hunter said, try using the .Open() method of the
recordset object (instead of using an .execute() command to
populate your recordset).

I believe the basic argument structure is

rstObject.Open(SQL,Connection)

more complex is like

rstObject.Open(SQL,Connection,CursorType,LockType)

methinks...
