Python and COM

I have been studying the PythonCOM model and I do have the Python
Programming
on Win32 by Mark Hammond & Andy Robinson.

However, I am unable to find references on the following questions:

Do COM servers created with PythonCOM support the dual interface?

Also, do  PythonCOM servers expose the vtable to the client for use
with early-bound IDispatches?

Any information will help, thanks in advance.
