Partial Python wrapper for uudeview library available

I have used SWIG to wrap most of the uudeview library. As a
side-effect there is a stand-alone program which behaves like
"uudeview -i" (non-interactive) but doesn't overwrite images. The
encoding commands are undebugged. The code can be found at
