These kind of idea float around a lot, but you would have to fight a
lot of difficulies. To eleborate one:
Generally 1-m resolution is panchromatic (means
all in one band, like a greyscale value) and not that usefull.
On the other hand it takes serious analysis work to get something
out of it. Data volumes might to too high to handle over normal
internet connections yet.
