os.spawnve args bug?

Never mind. It told me what was going on at the top of the page
on process management. Only one part of my question is still
bothering me:

>Am I expected to set args[0] to the path of the executable file?

It seems to me that some programs that depend on argv[0] will
want me to do so, e.g., gzip.
