ANN: ASPISCSI for Python20

ASPISCSI is a library of SCSI access function that run under the (A)
dbvanced (S)CSI (P)rogramming (I)nterface. This interface was developed
by Adaptec Corp to provide a universal interface for the issuance of
SCSI command to disk drives. This library will run on any version of
Windows that suports both ASPI and Python ( Versions 1.52,and 2.0.0)
