help needed for bsddb 3.1 compiled for Win98

I am very happy to see Robin Dunn's Python wrapper work for Berkeley Storage
has been continued now by Gregory P. Smith

The new version uses Berkeley 3.1 available at
http://www.sleepycat.com/download.html

I would like very much to upgrade but do not own a copy of Microsoft C++
compiler on Win32 needed to build Berkeley Storage

Can anyone help please by compiling it and posting the binary somewhere so
all can benefit?
