Note that iUniverse.com already does this for the Reference Manual, Library
Reference and Tutorial:

They range in price from $13 to $30, and iUniverse kicks back some of that
to the PSA.  If you want to buy from them, I'd ask first to make sure the
docs match the version of Python you're using (isn't obvious to me from
their website).
