I can't get the Pmw.CounterDialog to work with Python2.0 - when I click on
either arrow button it just beeps, even if the validation is correct.

I have tried the example in Grayson's book and the example in the Pmw help
file and they both exhibit this behaviour under Python 2.0. Both examples
work OK under Python 1.5.2.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?
