Xmodem module

Has anyone got anything resembling xmodem?  I have a
customer that's been using a procomm script to communicate
through to their bank, and they've lost the source.  They're
now switching back-end systems, and the function needs to be
ported.  If there's a good starting point, I'd just as soon
use python, but if not, I'll recreate the script.
