NAg Wrapper

I'm in a position where I need to wrap several of the NAg (Numerical
Algorithms).  If there is anyone out there who would be interested in
this wrapper, I would be willing to develop and distribute it.  Just let
me know.  Also, if someone has already done this, please let me know.
