win32all, updated sources -- where...?

I have 2 reasons to get up-to-date sources for the
win32all -- looking for the COM events bug, and trying
to build them under Python 2.0 beta.  Due to firewall
problems, accessing the CVS tree is problematic for me.

David Ascher's archive at
http://starship.python.net/crew/da/pywin32dists/
seems not to have been updated since 01-Feb-2000.

Advice on how best to get the updated sources will
be welcome!
