Numpy 16.0 binaries available? (Win32)

PythonWin 1.6b1 (#0, Aug 23 2000, 13:42:10) [MSC 32 bit (Intel)] on win32.

I'd extracted from the zip file to the base Python directory.  I notice that
multiarray.py isn't in the Numeric directory.  What files *should* I have,
where?
