Zope Newbie: Can't create new user in subfolder

Well it depends on what your problem is. Can you create a new user in
a subfolder or not?

If you can then you must remember that you can only login in that
folder, or any below it, with the new user.

If you can't create a new 'subuser' then I don't know..
