I need help

I need to get in and read the e-mails that are in the ..Window 
explorer..then in history (two weeks ago)  They are the files for e-mails 
from that time fram.

I have be trying this

"$HOME/ .mailcap"

import mailcap
d=mail.getcaps()
mailcap.findmatch (d, ' inbox/mpeg', filename='/tmp/tmp(=)')


In the tmp part I have tried ever thing...Window, History, hotmail

If any one can help me get in to these I would be very grateful.
