based on Python 2.1 (#15, Apr 19 2001, 10:28:27) [MSC 32 bit (Intel)] on
win32

we have
  win32ras.EnumEntries()
which gives
  pywintypes.api_error: (632, 'RasEnumEntries', 'The structure size is
incorrect.'
Duh!
