I bet that doesn't include studio time at $50 or more per hour, talent
costs, mastering, and art work. If it does, I want /you/ to produce
my next CD! :)
Then again, with the price of hard disk recording systems dropping the
way they are, if you're resourceful enough, maybe you can do it for (a
lot) less and still get amazing quality.
Of course, no self-respecting bass player I know would track for less
than $100 a song, although I think I heard the Timbot claim he'd play
drums on anybody's CD, gratis.
