My first reaction was to add:
goto window.showWaitCursorDuring
;-)
Then why not loops:
window.for_each_event:
suite
Or even:
window = Process_Class(...)
...
window:
showWaitCursorDuring: # <- also process class instance
suite1
for_each_event:
suite2
...
etc.
Probably there must be some special syntactic support for
process programming to facilitate usage of threads and
forks alike. Your code is an example of
scheduling 2 processes, one of which is a subprocess
of another. (It is very common in GUI apps).
