Windows Programmers: Please help! (off topic)

Hi;

I need to find some info on C/C++ UDP server sockets ASAP. Some sort
of source code snippet would be ideal. Preferably on Windows <sigh>,
but at this point even unix/linux code would do. Context is SNMP.
Can't use the NT/2k snmp support since this has to run on Win 9x/ME
too.

Sorry for the off topic post, but i'm pretty desperate.
