Mouseover in Tk?

Hello, I am new to both Python and Tk and I have been
trying to create a mouseover for a button. The effect
I am trying to get is going from a flat relief to a
raised relief (similair to the ones found in some
programs now). I have tried different approaches but
am not having any luck. Any help would be much
appreicated. Thanks in advance.
