how to import upstream module

 I tried to run script on aria2 folder.         
 (C:\cns_solve\aria1\aria2\analysis)
 That script called module in upper folder but failed
 It can import any module in sub folder.(C:\cns_solve\aria1\aria2\..)
 ( from analysis import *)
 I don' know how to make it.
 Can you help me?
