I noticed in your article you want to use a standalone version of
ZODB, see here http://www.amk.ca/zodb/ for all you need (This is the
first result returned by google on zodb so maybe google would be a
good place for you to look for the other parts of ZOPE you need). Read
the ZODB docs on the link I posted for a great intro to ZODB and the
download section contains the standalone version of ZODB. Hope this
helps.
