Umm, www.python.org ?  Or did you have a particular goal in mind?

(Put another way, there are a *zillion* good resources, depending
entirely on just what you really want to do.  Are you looking
for good _learning_ resources?  Good _GUI_ resources?  Give
us a hint before we send you off in all directions with no
goal in mind.)
