Sweet.  I discovered that 'cmd': 'Search' also works.  Now I just need
to figure out how to get more than one page back.  It turns out that
there was already an interface to this web page.  Download biopython
from biopython.org and import Bio.WWW.NCBI if anyone is interested.

Thanks Alex.  Since it looks like you are at MIT as well, I'll buy you a
beer sometime, or whatever else you prefer :)
