Python-Debug.zip

I know this is a terribly stupid question, but I don't see a directory
structure in the ZIP file, so I wanted to take care that all of the
contents of the Python-2.1-Debug.zip go in the right place.  Where
should I put the items?

(This is a sort-of-followup to my previous question - I'm now
compiling with setup.py and --debug, and it needs python21_d.dll,
which is in this package.)
