Cannot start Python 2.2c1 IDLE ?

I have Windows 2000 and didn't had any problems with Python 2.1.1. Yesterday
I installed Python 2.2c1 and now I cannot start IDLE. I looked in the task
manager and I see shortly SysFader and than nothing happens. The command
line version works fine. Am I missing something and if not where should I
report this error.
