Book "python programming patterns". anybody read this??

has anybody already read the book "python programming patterns" published by
prentice hall.
I thought this would be about design patterns in python
but the review at amazon says different things about this book.

but there is only one review there yet.

I do not need another introduction to python, but if this is really an 
advanced book then I would like it.

so, if anybody has already read this book it would be nice if she or he
could give a short review of the book.
