Why can't there be more than about 65.000 entries in a dictionary, or more importantly: how can I make a large dictionary with room for at least 500.000 elements? I have looked in "Programming Python", "Python in 24 hours" (don't laugh!) and "Python Pocket Reference" but I can't even find that there is a limit. Mikkel Rasmussen www.mellon.dk
