Splitting comp.lang.python

The list seems to have lost a good deal of its collective memory with the
demise of deja.com and hasn't yet regained it in the guise of
groups.google.com.  Perhaps it would be worthwhile to add the perennial
c.l.py split question to the FAQ so we can simply point people there in the
future.
