How do I know all thrown exceptions of a function?

        He says that according to the docs, "from tkinter include *" should
        be used instead of "include tkinter".  The latter adds lot of
        unnecessary text, ie. cruft, into your program.  Cruft makes your
        code harder to read.

        Are we feeling a little bit obtuse on purpose today?
