1) Senior Network Software Engineer:

The Senior Network Software Engineer is responsible for the design and
development of a critical, major component of Quantiva's network service
management software. This position will involve understanding an existing,
smaller-scale implementation, and active participation in the design,
architecture, and implementation of the next stage of the product. More
details will be provided during the interview after the execution of a
non-disclosure agreement.

Requirements:

* Strong software design and development skills in a Unix environment.
* Strong network programming experience including a solid knowledge of
  protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, POP3, SMTP, DNS and concepts such as
  distributed systems, failover, routing, security, and firewalls.
* 4+ years of applications programming experience including Python and C++
  or Java.
* DBMS experience including database schemas, SQL, and database programming.
* Solid Unix experience (Solaris preferred) in a commercial environment.
* BS/MS/PhD in CS, EE, CE or related field.


2) Senior Software Engineer:
