PyQt v2.3 has been released and is available from
http://www.thekompany.com/projects/pykde/.

PyQt is a complete set of Python bindings for Trolltech's Qt GUI
toolkit. It implements over 200 classes and includes pyuic, a utility
for generating Python code for user interfaces created with Qt
Designer.
